"...I put landscape. It printed portrait.."

"...great. Now it wants me to order a yellow cartridge.."

"...no, it still says processing MS word...whatever..."

"...how do I tell it I ordered the cartridge anyway?..."

"...Dang. Portrait again. Yup. Same thing. Off the page..."
